Delta has embraced the concept of Quality Assurance, and has been certified as a Quality Assured Supplier to the Queensland Government, and holds GITC Certificate Number 227.

The company invests continually in the training of staff to ensure that it maintains its position of having Townsville's leading Service Department for products supplied. Delta is also the Authorised Warranty Centre for several product groups distributed by other retailers who have no service facilities
